Free Diagnostic With Repair: how it works
The diagnostic visit is $75 for the first appliance, residential or commercial. After the diagnostic, we explain our findings and give you the repair price before work begins.
Approve the repair for that appliance, and we waive its diagnostic fee. You pay for the repair labor and parts. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee applies. Approving one appliance’s repair does not waive the diagnostic charges for other appliances.
For additional appliances at the same address during one visit, the diagnostic fees are $49 for the second, $39 for the third, and $29 for the fourth and each additional appliance.
